Construction and renovation of a vast commercial and residential project

This project consists of 2 parts:
- Complete renovation of historical buildings (4,800 m²) to turn them into 46 housing units. The presation and restoration work on the façades was carried in cooperation with “Monumentenzorg Gent,” the heritage conservation service in Ghent.
- New construction of a residential and commercial complex in the inner core. The three underground levels include a car park and technical facilities. Above 10 retail outlets, including Primark and H&M, and 17 housing units were built. The complex boasts its very own roof-top park with terraces and green roof areas.
