In the prestigious Arenberg Science Park in Heverlee, a large-scale multifunctional building will soon be constructed, bringing together researchers and entrepreneurs in an inspiring environment.

The Arenberg Community Building, an impressive 14-storey complex covering approximately 21,000 m², will offer much more than just office space: it will foster a dynamic ecosystem enriched by numerous support infrastructures.

In order to further strengthen the science park, the building will house:

  • Offices and coworking spaces
  • Meeting rooms and event spaces
  • A restaurant

This project does more than just fulfil a need  within the existing park; it creates a true incubator for innovation where interaction between researchers and entrepreneurs is at the heart of the initiative.

Technical specifications:

  • Enclosed structural work
  • Roofing work – flat roof with conventional waterproofing and insulation
  • Facades – aluminium exterior joinery and high-end facade cladding in metal sheets

CIT Blaton was awarded the contract to build this structure for the KUL.
