With its orange-tinted windows and Corten steel framework, the building of the former Royale Belge (AXA Belgium) insurance group is a landmark in Brussels. CIT Blaton is carrying out the building's complete renovation including the restoration of its 1970s architecture. In addition to the renovation of the 21,000 m² of offices and car park, the project involves the conversion of several levels into a 14,500 m² hotel housing a 300-seat auditorium, conference rooms, restaurants and a bar, coworking spaces as well as a 5,000 m² fitness centre with an outdoor swimming pool.
