Ellipse Building
Renovation of the Ellipse Building and adjacent buildings
Dominating Gaucheret Park in Schaerbeek, the Ellipse Building is a 21-storey tower belonging to a group of buildings.
The building consists of three large entities built around a shared entrance hall: a 21-storey, 80-metre-high tower located on Boulevard du Roi Albert II (32,065 m²), a 7-storey building on the corner of Boulevard du Roi Albert II and Place Solvay (8,368 m²), and a low-rise, 3-storey building that completes the complex (5,954 m²).
CIT Blaton will renovate the tower and the adjacent buildings. The project mainly consists of adapting the special techniques in order to decarbonise the building, as well as bringing the building into line with current market demands (bicycle racks and showers, electric vehicles, etc.).
An ambitious project that will enable us to meet current technical and environmental standards.
