Conversion of a hospital into a residential and commercial complex
Following the relocation of its treatment facilities in late 2017, the former Edith Cavell Hospital is being converted into 150 apartment units distributed over five independent buildings and covering a total surface area of 19,000 m². The central building rises on ten levels, offering 1,000 m² of retail units on the ground floor and 200 underground parking spaces. The plans also involve demolishing the inner part of the block to create a 2,000 m² garden.
