Conversion of a former office tower (one of the tallest buildings in Antwerp) comprising: underground car park on four levels, four floors for retail spaces, one floor for restaurant facilities, one floor for equipment rooms, five floors accommodating a hotel, sixteen floors of apartments and a floor under the roof for technical equipment, covering a total floor area of 57,000 m² including 10,000 m² of parking. Construction of three additional floors and widening of the base and deep foundations.
