Right opposite the MG Tower, this 57 m tower comprises, above the ground floor, 12 upper floors each covering ± 1,000m², plus two technical floors. The structure was erected using columns, trusses and prestressed slabs. The core of the building is raised on Prefabrication concrete walls, designed and produced by our prefabrication department. The allocated delivery and assembly lead time was 1 week per floor.The upper floors have been laid out as landscape offices. All the finishing works were carried out to allow alternative 1.8 m and 0.9 m variations: modular arrangement of the closed premises with widths of 180, 270, 360, 450... is therefore possible. The building work, façades, techniques and finishing works (ceilings, walls, etc.) were also planned to facilitate this modular layout.
