Twin towers rising on 29 levels, and a third 6-level building with a 10,000 m² footprint and 4 levels of underground car park.
Double skin façade and cold false-ceilings. The project was completed in record time thanks to the spectacular speed of the structural works (self-climbing form systems and prefabricated concrete understructure). The total surface area above ground is 108,000 m². The deadline included the time required for tenants to move in, including a 3,000 m² computer centre.
