Conversion of a former industrial site into a sustainable micro-district comprising 3 buildings with 42 apartments and 8 detached houses as well as an underground car park with 78 spaces covering a total area of 8,500 m². These are “very low energy” passive buildings set in landscaped grounds which also include communal areas and areas for business and professional uses. A socially oriented project, true to the spirit of its former occupant.
