Ideally located in Brussels city centre between the Gare Centrale and Gare du Midi train stations, this 6,100 m² building rises six floors above ground and has a 1,200 m² underground level. In addition to nine apartments (1,600 m²), it mainly accommodates one- or two-bedroom student housing units (kots) (2,200 m²). The common areas cover a surface area of 1,100 m². A garden has been planted in the building's inner yard. Among the constraints, the listed facade of an existing building had to be preserved. Since the site is located in a very densely populated urban area with little storage space, efficient management of orders and deliveries of materials was crucial for the on-site teams.
