The main aim of the project was to give the former Bata shoe factory a new lease of life and turn it into high-quality dwellings, whilst stressing the creation of green spaces. CIT Blaton was entrusted with renovating the 15,000 m² of surface area, comprising an underground parking facility, 65 prestige apartments, 420 m² of commercial premises and 770 m² of offices. The façades were kept to preserve the architectural heritage.
