To meet grouwing demand for projects in Design & Build, CIT Blaton has his own D&B department and is very active in this type of partnership. We are able to bring together national and international partners who will contribute to the team with their expertise and understanding of the sector's issues: environment, multi-purpose building, circular economy, etc. The structure and composition of D&B TEAM play a crucial role in a project's success. Our expertise in coordinating these experts is also paramount. In-house, we can rely on our company's various entities: our Pricing & Quotation department, our Engineering design office (BIM, stability, special techniques, environment, etc.), our property development subsidiary, our Legal department and our Special Techniques department.
