This project by the CIT Blaton – Thomas & Piron joint venture won the select invitation to tender in Design & Build. All the functions are housed in a 90 m diameter cylinder structure rising over five levels. The round shape was self-evident to make sure the paths of emergency vehicules would not intersect.
LEVEL 0 – Undergound entrance with parking and technical facilities.
LEVEL 1 – 48 garages with sectional gate
LEVEL 2 – Changing rooms
LEVEL 3 – Living and administration
LEVEL 4 – Restaurant and garden
