Located right in front of the Antwerp Tower, the building is also situated at the start of the Meir, the city’s largest shopping street. The project involves the overall demolition of the eight-storey building while salvaging the façade stones to reuse part of them on the new building. The ground floor accommodates retail space units and a B&B type hotel occupies the six upper floors.
