Construction of a 7,500 m² extension to the existing hotel. The added floor space allows for the creation of more bedrooms, a wellness centre and meeting rooms, a restaurant and a brasserie, as well as an underground car park. The new structure is based on more than 300 piles. 2,400 m³ of concrete were used, with more than 190 tonnes of steel. The 1,000 m² of glazed facades and 900 m² of terrace space offer a breath-taking view of the city of Nivelles.
