This complex near NATO, with a total surface area of 19,000 m², is designed to host several retail outlets, including a new Decathlon store, a restaurant, a 1,400 m² fitness facility and a 450 m² crèche. It has 857 parking spaces. The project is the outcome of a public-private partnership between ING Real Estate Evere and SDRB. This Decathlon is expected to be one of the biggest in Europe with a surface area of 10,000 m² and room for 65 sports. It also houses the chain's administrative headquarters. The site is laid out around an esplanade and a playground to underscore the aspects of sports and leisure time, and user-friendliness, as well as the green character and sustainability of the facilities.
