The adaptation, renovation and enlargement of Shopping (centre) I in Genk started in September 2012. CIT Blaton’s assignment is to build a new parking facility on 5 levels and a new Carrefour shop.
The particular feature of the project resides in the phasing of the works, which have to be carried out whilst the shopping centre remains operational.
