This brand-new building dedicated to biotechnology research is erected on the Arenberg campus in Leuven. The 13-storey building has sharp angles to maximise sun exposure. “Leuven Bioscience” is an impressive building and stand out compared to the famous Imec Tower. Work will begin in 2021 and will be completed in 2022. The contract provides for earthworks and special foundations, structural work, roof waterproofing and facade cladding with exposed concrete panels and golden window frames.
