On the old site of the iMP (school farm) in Waterloo, CIT Blaton created an inter-generational site. In addition to the construction of 40,000 m² of housing and the renovation of 10,000 m² of superb “Arts & Crafts” style buildings, the project was continued with the landscaping of all the green spaces. The site is thus composed of 269 dwellings laid out on a surface of 15 hectares and ideally equipped: municipal crèche, gym, swimming pool, local shops, restaurant tavern, rest home, medical centre, but also a pond, vegetable garden and orchard.
