Part of a 7-building complex, the project involves the "Bouwteam" construction of an office building comprising 3 levels of underground car park (690 spaces), 6 office levels and a technical floor on the roof. This building has high aspirations in terms of environmental performance ("Excellent" BREEAM certificate) and well-being (WELL Gold), thus aiming to be the healthiest in Belgium, almost CO2 neutral.
