This open ring-shaped truck centre with more than 8,000 m² at ground level provides all the required services for heavy duty vehicles. The ring is actually divided into several dealerships: a tyre shop, a showroom, areas for maintenance, a truck wash area, and a car-security area. This building was the next stage in a multi-phase project which consisted in creating a restaurant, a petrol station and a guarded car park. CIT Blaton was entrusted with building a closed structure and carrying out the finishing works, as well as installing a considerable sewerage system. The infrastructure features 4 underground spaces and 18 technical pits. The super structure comprises two separate areas with various floors, as well as technical rooms.
