The PassPort building is designed as a highly flexible office building developing 28.000 m² of gross living area over 8 levels of office space and 4 levels of 361 parking spaces.
The PassPort offers very efficient 1.655 m² floors which can be easily divided into 2 independent areas on each side of a green and light bathed community atrium.
Sustainability was at the core of the project since its inception. It obtained a BREEAM Excellent certification along with an E-coefficient < 55. The building includes next-generation technical features with a minimum 2.7 m free height and cooling/heating ceiling technology.
