In line with a first building near Ghent railway station, we built a second one over seven levels. The ground floor accommodates a retail unit and a catering space; the other five floors houses offices. Even though this is a general contract without specifications, it relies on the architectural continuity with the first building. On the strength of our experience and our close relationship with the client and the architect, we were able to carry out this project within the very tight deadline and budget.
