Located in the immediate vicinity of Knokke railway station, this project consists of three buildings of different sizes. Together, they house 166 apartments, a 38-room hotel, 600 m² of office space and 3,228 m² of retail space. The first building has 15 floors above ground, the second 8 floors and the third 4 floors. The complex offers over 5,000 m² of terraces and balconies for the residents’ enjoyment. Storage units and an underground car park occupy an area of 20,000 m² over two levels which constitute a shared base for the three buildings.
