The renovation and transformation of this building consisting 10 levels ( -3 to +6 ) are maent to radically change its appearance, but also to significantly improve its energy performance. The projet comprises demolition work (façades, partition and techniques), asbestos removal, complete renovation of the building, construction of two new vertical circulation cores and the landscaping of exterior space to house the Central Precinct of the Mons-Quévy Police.
