Construction of the largest crèche in Brussels with a surface area of 3,825 m², designed to accommodate 180 infants. The building rises over four floors and is passive. The main challenge of this project lies in the complex finishings and façades. All luminaires, blinds, frame uprights, partition profiles, door frames, etc. are built in or recessed in order not to be seen. The project also includes the renovation of a health centre and the development of its surroundings.
