Founded in 1986, De Warande is a club whose members must play a leading role in their community and take on responsibilities in the business and political world. The former townhouse of Baron Empain is an imposing, luxuriously restored neo-classical house (marble, wood panelling, wall frescoes, stained glass, mirrors, etc.). CIT Blaton was entrusted specifically with the renovation of the kitchens, but also of the façade. The works comprise demolition, minor structural works, special techniques ( HVAC, elektricity, plumbing,etc ) and finishings.
