Construction of 2 tunnels under the railway

Construction of two 100 m long tunnels, on 12 m and the other 25 m wide, by CIT Blaton under Gent-Sint Pieters station in Ghent on behalf of Infrabel, which is investing to improve passengers access. The first tunnel is intended for motor vehicle traffic and the second constitutes a first stge in a vast project to transform the station and its surroundings. These are mainly investments for the platforms and the corridors under the tracks.
