This project involves the construction of a new building with an elevation, in order to extend several existing units in an adjacent building. Part of the new build is connected to level BD39 03 and provides for the expansion of the RNT department, including the underlying support spaces for the technical facilities on levels 2, 1 and 0. The majority of the new building will be delivered as shell construction and is intended for the strategic expansion of the MRT and IRCC departments, also on levels BD39 2, 1 and 0. In addition, the project also includes an elevation above the existing IRCC rooms (BD27 level 02), to create additional space for technical support . The new construction and the elevation will be carried out while maintaining the surrounding hospital activities as much as possible. An access road for firefighters with a parking area will be built above the new building. The current assignment covers the entire site and includes demolition work, structural work up to the air and watertight stage, and external landscaping, with the exception of landscaping.
