New building as general contractor

As part of the renovation of the old Administrative City in Brussels, we are the general contractor in the construction of a new school on eight levels (9,000 m²), two of which underground and housing a sports hall. The project involves the demolition of the two existing buildings, structural work, façades, finishing works, interior joinery and special techniques. Cladding the façades with brickwork is a challenge as there are no right angles.
