Perched on the hills of Wavre, the Start-up Village will soon be rising from the ground.
CIT Blaton has been commissioned to build a complex of 3 office buildings. They will be built over an above-ground car park on the ground floor and a semi-buried car park on level -1.
This phase involves the construction of more than 19,000 m². Our client CODIC has entrusted us with this project and with giving shape to the design by assar Architects.
The complex is strategically located close to the Belgian motorway network, in the commune of Wavre.
