On 13 February, the CIT Blaton construction team received an important visit: the mayor and aldermen of the City of Bruges placed the first BIPV* panel on the roof of the large exhibition hall.
The expertise of Soltech and Star Construct was used to install this high-tech product for the first time in a UNESCO-listed area.
* Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) is a technology that involves replacing certain construction elements of the building or its surroundings with other elements that integrate photovoltaic technology.
