New real estate project in Charleroi!
A new building will soon be erected on Boulevard Tirou in Charleroi. The flatiron building will give a more modern look to this entrance to the city.
For IRET development, CIT Blaton and BPC Group will carry out the closed shell work of a building rising on 15 levels, comprising a ground floor and 14 floors.
The structure includes
- 4,437 m² of parking spaces spread over two levels in the basement,
- 20,452 m² of office space spread over the fourteen upper levels
- 2,259 m² of housing spread over seven levels.
Planning :
- February 2024: completion of earthworks
- March 2024: start of construction (foundations, slab, basements, etc.)
- May 2025: completion of the closed shell
- November 2025: completion of the facades
- From September 2025: completion of the interior fittings
The project aims for BREEAM Excellent certification.
