Precasting & Reinforcement

We have a precasting facility, equipped with a tilting table and an overhead crane. We also have four 12 m long automatic moulds for precast beams and columns. We use two 10 x 8 m and 10 x 4 m conventional floors to precast not only linear elements (beams, columns) and plane elements (precast concrete walls), but also any other element shape.

In a second hall, the reinforcement department shapes the reinforcing bars. A storage area of several thousand square metres allows us to store precast elements before dispatching them to the work sites. CIT Blaton also has its own fleet of trucks to transport these elements.
